The Boilermakers have embarked upon a historical endeavor to impact the attitude and conduct of every construction Boilermaker in North America.

Our collective focus is to educate our Boilermakers on how the consequences of inappropriate actions, by a few, impact the future of our entire craft and to provide every Boilermaker with a clear directional beacon in which to conduct themselves each and everyday on our job sites.

We have developed a Code and a Creed that exemplifies the qualities and characteristics of the most elite craft in the Building Trades. Over two years in production, The Boilermaker Code will be introduced to our members via a 30-minute documentary film that explores past and present actions and their results. The film also solidifies a job site code of conduct that will ensure our future legacy in the construction and maintenance industries.

Every construction Boilermaker will see this film, train with its message and Live The Code.
